Any progress in this open version of the course will not count towards a certificate.

The Interactive Visual Statistics course is designed to provide a hands-on overview of statistical analysis in Dataiku DSS and to equip you to perform exploratory data analysis (EDA). Completion of this course will enable you to move on to more advanced courses.

Throughout the course, we will perform EDA on wine quality datasets. Each section of the course begins with short video lessons that teach key concepts. The hands-on lessons that follow provide detailed instructions for you to practice working in the interactive statistics interface and implement common tasks in descriptive and inferential statistics. You'll also get to perform curve and distribution fitting, analyze the effects of dimensionality reduction, and more.

Learning Objectives

At the end of this course, you will be able to:

1 - Implement EDA using both descriptive and inferential statistics

2 - Perform curve and distribution fitting

3 - Explore pairwise correlations in a correlation matrix

3 - Analyze the effects of implementing dimensionality reduction
